For marketplace & buyer teams

A multi-million reach supplier you can diligence.

Inso / Yingsheng is a Hong Kong company built for accountable online sample supply—not a consumer panel slogan site. Use this page to brief procurement, compliance, and technical stakeholders before an RFI or pilot.

Positioning

Why large teams work with an accountable supplier

Scale alone does not reduce risk. Clear ownership of sources, readable capacity bands, and a short path to a controlled pilot usually matter more in vendor review.

Calm operations — where diligence details get answered.
  • Accountable, not anonymous
Hong Kong legal entity, registered office, and named commercial contact—easy to put on a vendor form.
  • Source honesty
Owned community + disclosed channels. We never market another marketplace’s panel as Yingsheng-owned.
  • Scale you can diligence
Indicative combined monthly inviteable supply about 2.0–2.6 million. Overseas-led planning band—not a certified census or completes guarantee.
  • Fast iteration
Direct commercial and ops contacts—short loops on feasibility, redirects, and reconciliation during onboarding.

Onboarding

From introduction to live allocation

A common path for research-platform or buyer onboarding. Pace follows security review and technical integration.

  1. 1 · Introduce
Share markets, source types needed, and whether this is platform supply or a direct-buyer project.
  2. 2 · Diligence pack
Company facts, Panel Book, sourcing disclosure, privacy links; NDA materials on request.
  3. 3 · Controlled pilot
Limited traffic window with agreed redirects, IDs, and reconciliation checks.
  4. 4 · Ongoing supply
Lock reporting cadence, quality escalation path, and allocation rules in writing.

Coverage

Overseas-led mix, selective Mainland China

We design coverage for partner communication—not as a promise of completes in every country every month. Confirm country lists before field start.

Southeast Asia and India are core strength bands; Europe, Americas, Japan, and Korea are selected strong markets; Hong Kong / Taiwan as hub; Mainland China kept selective (~4% of the indicative mix); Australia and selected MEA smaller.

Full sourcing disclosure

How to read capacity: 2.0–2.6 million is a combined monthly inviteable supply band across owned community and disclosed channels. Absolute country figures in the Panel Book use the midpoint for illustration only.

Quality playbook

Process over slogans

No single signal is treated as an automatic verdict. We combine layered checks and partner-policy alignment.

Pre-entry

Profile completeness, geography consistency, duplicate / device hygiene, and invitation rules before traffic is sent.

In-survey

Speed bands, consistency, open-text relevance, and behavioral anomalies—signals trigger review, not silent mass rejection without context.

Post-field

Complete / terminate / overquota / quality statuses, reconciliation against partner reports, and a documented escalation path.

Integration

Marketplace-ready routing basics

Technical detail is confirmed per partner during onboarding. Publicly we describe the operating pattern below.

  • Intake
Survey opportunity intake, eligible matching, secure entry-link generation.
  • Session IDs
Unique session / respondent identifiers carried into the platform or buyer survey.
  • Status redirects
Complete, Terminate, Overquota, and quality-related outcomes returned via redirects.
  • Reconciliation
Operational matching against partner reports on an agreed cadence.

Under NDA

What we share during onboarding

Public pages stay conservative. Deeper packs are exchanged after mutual NDA / vendor portal steps.

  • Security / privacy questionnaire responses (as available)
  • DPA draft discussion and processing role wording for the integration
  • Sample redirect parameter map and reconciliation field list
  • Feasibility notes by market for a named allocation (not a standing guarantee)
  • Any current certificates—only when evidence exists; we do not invent ISO/GDPR “badges”

Pilot

Start with a controlled traffic window

Recommended first step for new marketplace or buyer relationships: a time-boxed pilot with written success checks (redirect integrity, ID continuity, reconciliation sample, and quality review path). Completes are not guaranteed in advance.

Tell us the platform, countries, LOI / incidence assumptions, and your technical contact. We reply with a feasibility note and proposed pilot scope.

Partner FAQ

Questions onboarding teams ask first

Do you own Cint / Toluna / Dynata (or similar) panels?

No. We are a disclosed sample supplier. We do not claim marketplace or peer panels as Yingsheng-owned assets.

What does 2.0–2.6 million mean?

It is an indicative combined monthly inviteable supply band across owned community and disclosed channels—for planning and diligence. It is not a live CRM counter or a certified census.

Can you guarantee completes by country?

No standing guarantee. Feasibility is confirmed per allocation, incidence, and field window.

How is Mainland China treated?

Selective and smaller in the illustrative mix (~4%). Overseas-led coverage is the default story unless a project specifies otherwise.

Are you ISO 20252 or “GDPR certified”?

We design practices with those expectations in mind. We only claim a certificate when current evidence is attached to the onboarding pack.

Who is the legal entity on contracts?

Yingsheng Technology Co., Limited(螢盛科技有限公司), Hong Kong company no. 79656375.

What email domain do you use?

Commercial and support contact: leosterling@insosample.com (aligned with insosample.com). Respondent panel: join.insosample.com (Inso Insights).

No. Participation is for market research. See the community privacy notice for respondent processing.

Community registration is for adults 18+. Restricted topics follow exclusion or special handling by default.
