Quality operations

Quality as an operating process.

We combine pre-entry controls, in-survey signals, and post-field review. No single signal is treated as an automatic verdict.

  1. Pre-entry

Basic profile completeness, geography consistency checks, duplicate account/device rules, and invitation hygiene before a respondent is sent into a marketplace survey.

  2. In-survey signals

Completion speed bands, logical consistency, open-text relevance, and behavioral anomalies. Signals trigger review—not silent mass rejection without context.

  3. Post-field & reconciliation

Status handling for completes, terminates, overquota, and quality outcomes; cooperation with marketplace reconciliation and documented dispute paths.

  4. Community health

Invitation spacing, fatigue awareness, and periodic profile refresh so the same people are not over-taxed.

Identity depth grows with the product

Today: self-declared interest registration (email, country/region, age 18+). As member accounts open: profile attributes for matching; stronger checks may apply before payouts or high-risk studies and will be described before those features launch.

Panel engagement

Invitation hygiene and sustainable engagement

Spacing and fatigue awareness guide invitation cadence. Community health comes first. Channel routes follow the same rule: disclose the blend, reconcile the outcomes.

Partner alignment

We work inside exchange quality policies

When supplying into research marketplaces or buyer platforms, Yingsheng follows the partner’s fraud, reconciliation, and traffic rules in addition to our own controls.

Company materials describe layered review and identity checks for community members. Operational detail is shared during onboarding.
