Typical pilot shape
- Lock fields — Redirect map, IDs, and status codes under NDA.
- Test traffic — Complete / terminate / overquota paths checked before go-live.
- Small allocation — Limited countries / LOI / quota agreed in writing.
- Reconcile — Daily or weekly match against partner reports; document disputes.
- Decide — Expand, adjust blend, or stop—based on measured outcomes.
What a written pilot brief should include
- Platform / buyer name and technical contact
- Countries, LOI, incidence assumptions, soft launch dates
- Whether Yingsheng programs the survey or only supplies sample
- Success criteria (e.g. redirect accuracy, IR, quality flag rate)
