To respond to partnership and onboarding inquiries and keep related business records.

Retention

Partnership inquiry records are kept only as needed to respond, onboard, and meet legal or contractual holds—planning default up to 24 months after last activity unless a longer period is required. Contact us to request deletion where applicable.

Public sites use HTTPS. Partnership and operations mailboxes are limited to authorized staff. Form submissions are relayed to our partnerships mailbox. Further security and subprocessor detail is exchanged under NDA via the vendor pack.
